Abu Qatada Radiallahu anhu se rivayat hai ki Achcha khwab ALLAH taaala ki taraf se hai aur bura khwaba shaitan ki taraf se hai isliye agar koi bura aur darawana khwab dekhe to bahine taraf Thoo (Spit) karke shaitan ki buraii se ALLAH ki panaah maange is amal se shaitan use koi nuksan nahi pahuncha sakega.

Hadith: A good dream is from ALLAH, and a bad or evil dream is from Satan
Narrated Abu Qatada Radiallahu anhu: The Prophet Sallallahu Alaihi Wasallam said, "A good dream is from ALLAH, and a bad or evil dream is from Satan; so if anyone of you has a bad dream of which he gets afraid, he should spit on his left side and should seek Refuge with ALLAH from its evil, for then it will not harm him."
