Hadith: Namaz ke baad ki Ek Dua…
Amr bin Maimun Al-Audi Radiallahu anhu se rivayat hai ki Nabee Sallallahu Alaihi Wasallam namaz ke baad in Kalimat ke zariye ALLAH ki panaah mangtey they:
اللهم إني أعوذ بك من الجبن وأعوذ بك من أن أرد إلى أرذل العمر وأعوذ بك من فتنة الدنيا وأعوذ بك من عذاب القبر
Eh ALLAH buzdili se main teri panaah mangta hun, aur us sey teri pannah mangta hun ki umar ke sabse zaleel hissey mein pahuncha diya jauu,aur teri panaah mangta hun duniya ke fitno se aur teri panaah mangta hun Qabr ke azab se.

English Translation:
Hadith: A Dua After Every Prayer
Narrated 'Amr bin Maimun Al-Audi: ALLAH's Apostle used to seek Refuge with ALLAH from them (i.e. the evils) at the end of every prayer. The words are:
اللهم إني أعوذ بك من الجبن وأعوذ بك من أن أرد إلى أرذل العمر وأعوذ بك من فتنة الدنيا وأعوذ بك من عذاب القبر
'O ALLAH! I seek refuge with you from cowardice, and seek refuge with you from being brought back to a bad stage of old life and seek refuge with you from the afflictions of the world, and seek refuge with you from the punishments in the grave.'
