Mafhum-e-Hadith: Agar main HAAN kah deta to
(Hajj har saal) wajib ho jata aur jab wajib ho jata to tum kar nahi sakte
Abu Hurairah Radi allahu anhu se rivayat
hai ki ek baar Rasool-Allah Sal-Allahu Alaihi Wasallam ne logo se khitab
farmaya ki Allah subhanahu ne tum par Hajj farz kiya hai
Ek shakhs ne arz kiya ki kya har saal ? Aap
Sal-Allahu Alaihi Wasallam khamosh rahe
Yahan tak ki 3 baar usney yahi sawal kiya ,
to Aap Sal-Allahu Alaihi Wasallam ne irshaad farmaya ki agar main HAAN kah deta
to wajib ho jata aur jab wajib ho jata to tum kar nahi sakte.
Tumse pahle ki ummatein zyada sawalat
karney aur apney nabiyon ke baary mein ikhtilafat karne ki wajah se halaq kar
di gayee, is wajah se agar main tumko kisi kaam ka hukm du to tum log apni
kudrat ke mutabiq us par amal kiya karo aur kisi kaam se mana kar du to tum log
us sey bachey raho

It was narrated that Abu Hurairah Radi Allahu Anhu said: "The Messenger of Allah Sal-Allahu Alaihi Wasallam
addressed the people and said: Allah, the Mighty and Sublime, has enjoined upon
you Hajj.' A man said: 'Every year?' He Sal-Allahu Alaihi Wasallam remained
silent until he had repeated it three times. Then he Sal-Allahu Alaihi Wasallam
said: If I said yes, it would be obligatory, and if it were obligatory you
would not be able to do it.
Those who
came before you were destroyed because they asked too many questions and
differed with their prophets. If I command you to do something then follow it
as much as you can, and if I forbid you to do something then avoid it
