Hadith: Tum par mera tareeqa aur mere hidayat yafta khulfa ka tareeqa lazim hai

Al-Irbad bin Sariyah Radi Allahu Anhu  se rivayat hai ki Rasoollallah Sallallhu Alaihi Wasallam  ne wa’az (speech) farmaya jis se aankhon se Aansoo bah nikley aur dil kaanp uthey,  humney arz kiya Ya Rasoollallah Sallallhu Alaihi Wasallam  ye to rukhsat karney waley ki naseehat hai  Aap humse kisi cheez ka ahad le le, Aapney farmaya main tumko aisee hamwar zameen par chorh ja raha hu jiskey din aur raat barabar hain is sey wo hatega jo Halaq honey wala hoga jo tum mein se zinda rahega wo shadeed ikhtilaf dekhega tum par mera tareeqa aur mere hidayat yafta khulfa ka tareeqa lazim hai isko daanton se mazbut pakad lena aur tum par Ita’at ameer lazim hai chahey wo habshi ghulam ho kyunki momeen nakel daaley huye oont ki tarah hota hai jaisey chalaya jata hai ita’at karta hai-

Hadith: . I urge you to adhere to what you know of my Sunnah and the path of the Rightly-Guided Caliphs
Narrated Abdur Rahman bin Amr As-Sulami that he heard Al-Irbad bin Sariyah say: “The Messenger of ALLAH Peace be upon him delivered a moving speech to us which made our eyes overflow with tears and made our hearts melt. We said: 'O Messenger of ALLAH, this is a speech of farewell. What do you enjoin upon us?' He said: 'I am leaving you upon a (path of) brightness whose night is like its day. No one will deviate from it after I am gone but one who is doomed. Whoever among you lives will see great conflict. I urge you to adhere to what you know of my Sunnah and the path of the Rightly-Guided Caliphs, and cling stubbornly to it. And you must obey, even if (your leader is) an Abyssinian slave. For the true believer is like a camel with a ring in its nose; wherever it is driven, it complies.”Sunan Ibn Majah, Vol 1 , # 43 (Sahih)
