Mafhum-e-Hadith: Bistar par jane se pahle ke Azkaar

Umm Aayesha Radi Allahu Anha se rivayat hai ki Rasoollallah Sallallahu Alaihi Wasallam jab apne bistar par aaram farmane ke liye jate to apne dono haathon ki hatheliyon par Surat-al-Ikhlas, Surat-Al-Falaq and Surat-An-Naas Padh kar dam karte phir dono haathon ko apne chehre par aur jism ke jis hisse tak haath pahunch pata wahan pherte, aur jab Aap Sallallahu Alaihi wasallam beemar hote to mujhe isee tarah karne ka hukm dete they.

Narrated 'Aisha Radi Allahu Anhu : Whenever ALLAH's Apostle went to bed, he used to recite Surat-al-Ikhlas, Surat-al-Falaq and Surat-an-Nas and then blow on his palms and pass them over his face and those parts of his body that his hands could reach. And when he fell ill, he Sallallahu Alaihi wasallam used to order me to do like that for him.
