Radi Allahu Anha se rivayat hai ki Rasool-Allah Sallallhu Alaihi Wasallam jab
Janabat ka Gusal ( yani biwi se humbistari ke baad ya ehatlam ke baad kiya jane
wala gusl) farmatey to Aap Sal-Allahu Alaihi Wasallam apney Dono haath dhotey
phir is tarah wudhu kartey jaisa Namaz ke liye Wudhu kiya karte they, Phir
paani mein ungliyan dakhil farmate they aur unse baalon ki jado ka khilal karte
they phir apne haathon se 3 chullu sir par daalte phir tamam badan par paani
bahate.

Maimuna
Radi Allahu Anha se rivayat hai ki Rasool-Allah Sallallhu Alaihi Wasallam ne
jab Gusal-e-janabat kiya to pahle apni sharmgaah ko apne haath se dhoya phir
haath ko deewar par ragad kar dhoya, phir namaz ki tarah wuzu kiya aur jab Aap
Sallallhu Alaihi Wasallam apne Gusal se farig huye to dono paanw dhoye

गुसल करने का सुन्नत
तरीक़ा…
1. सबस पहले शर्मगाह धोना
2. फिर दोनो हाथ धिोना
3. वुज़ू करना
4. बालो का मासा करना
5. 3 चुल्लू पानी सर पर डालना
6. सारे बदन पर पानी बहाना
आएशा रदी अल्लाहू अन्हा से रिवायत है की रसूल-अल्लाह सल्लल्लाहु
अलैही वसल्लम जब जनाबत का गुसल ( यानी बीवी से हमबिस्तरी के बाद या एहतलाम के बाद किया जाने वाला गुस्ल)
फरमाते तो आप सल्लल्लाहु अलैही वसल्लम अपने दोनो हाथ धोते फिर इस तरह वुज़ू करते जैसा
नमाज़ के लिए वुज़ू किया करते थे, फिर पानी में उंगलियाँ दाखिल फरमाते
थे और उनसे बालों की जड़ो का खिलाल करते थे फिर अपने हाथों से 3 चुल्लू सिर पर डालते फिर तमाम बदन पर पानी बहाते
.

मैमुना रदी अल्लाहू अँहा से रिवायत है की रसूल-अल्लाह सल्लल्लाहु
अलैही वसल्लम ने जब गुसल-ए-जनाबत किया तो पहले अपनी शरमगाह को अपने हाथ से धोया फिर हाथ
को दीवार पर रगड़ कर धोया फिर नमाज़ की तरह वज़ु किया और जब आप सल्लल्लाहु अलैही वसल्लम अपने गुसल से फारिग हुए
तो दोनो पाँव धोए

Translation:
The
sunnah method to have a bath
1.
Wash Private parts
2.
Wash both hands
3.
Perform Ablution (Wudhu)
4.
Wiping the entire head using wet fingers(Masa)
5.
pour three handfuls of water over head
6.
pour water all over body
Narrated Aisha Radi Allahu Anha: Whenever the Prophet
Sal-Allahu Alaihi Wasallam took a bath
after Janaba he started by washing his hands and then performed ablution like
that for the prayer. After that he would put his fingers in water and move the
roots of his hair with them, and then pour three handfuls of water over his
head and then pour water all over his body.

Narrated
Maimuna radi allahu anha
The
Prophet Sal-Allahu Alaihi Wasallam took the bath of Janaba. (sexual relation or
wet dream). He first cleaned his private parts with his hand, and then rubbed
it (that hand) on the wall (earth) and washed it. Then he performed ablution
like that for the prayer, and after the bath he washed his feet.
