Abu Hurairah Radiallahu anhu se rivayat hai ki Rasoollallah Sallallahu Alaihi Wasallam ne farmaya tum mein se jab koi soya hota hai to shaitan uskey sir ke peechey ki tarah teen girah (three knots)laga deta hai aur har girah par ye Parhkar phoonkta hai, Abhi raat bahut baqi hai, sota rah lekin agar wo shaksh jagkar ALLAH ka zikr shuru karta hai to ek girah khul jati hai, phir jab wudhu karta hai to dusri girah khul jati hai phir jab namaz Parhta hai to teesri girah bhi khul jati hai aur subah ko khush mizaj aur khush dil rahta hai warna bad mijaz aur sust rahkar din guzarta hai.

Hadith: During your sleep, Satan knots three knots at the back of the head of each of you
Narrated
Abu Huraira Radiallahu anhu : ALLAH's Apostle Sallallahu Alaihi Wasallam said, "During your sleep, Satan knots
three knots at the back of the head of each of you, and he breathes the
following words at each knot, 'The night is, long, so keep on sleeping,' If
that person wakes up and celebrates the praises of ALLAH, then one knot is
undone, and when he performs ablution the second knot is undone, and when he
prays, all the knots are undone, and he gets up in the morning lively and
happily, otherwise he gets up dull and gloomy.
