Har namaz ke baad 33 martaba Tasbeeh ( Subhanallah) aur Tamheed ( Alhamdulillah) aur Takbeer ( Allahu Akbar) kaha karo phir hum main Ikhtilaf ho gaya kisi ne kaha ki hum tasbeeh 33 martaba , tamheed 33 martaba aur takbeer 34 martaba kahey . Mainey is par Aap Sallallaho Alaihey wasallam se dobara malum kiya to Aap Sallallaho Alaihey wasallam ne farmaya Subhanallah aur Alhamdulillah aur Allahu akbar kaho taki har ek unmein se 33 martaba ho jaye .

Narrated Abu Huraira Radi Allahu Anhu : Some poor people came to the Prophet Peace be upon him and said, The wealthy people will get higher grades and will have permanent enjoyment and they pray like us and fast as we do. They have more money by which they perform the hajj, and 'Umra; fight and struggle in Allah's Cause and give in charity. The Prophet Peace be upon him said, Shall I not tell you a thing upon which if you acted you would catch up with those who have surpassed you? Nobody would overtake you and you would be better than the people amongst whom you live except those who would do the same. Say Subhanallah, Alhamdulillah and Allahu Akbar thirty three times each after every (compulsory) prayer. We differed and some of us said that we should say, Subhanallah thirty times and Alhamdulillah thirty times and Allahu Akbar thirty four times. I went to the Prophet Peace be upon him who said, Say, Subhanallah and Alhamdulillah and Allahu Akbar all together for 33 times.
